Shipping Basics

Photocards

What you'll need:

Envelopes + letters
Top Loader
Washi tape (or normal)
Stamp

1. Write the receivers address on the envelope
2. Write your address in the top left corner
3. Put pc in top loader + tape it on the inside of the letter
4. You can write a message to the receiver (ex. Hope the pc gets to you safely + your @)
5. Tape the envelope shut (make sure to get all the corners)
6. Put a stamp on the top right corner

1-2 pcs = 1 stamp
3-5 pcs = 2 stamps
5+ pcs = tracked mail

Postcards

What you'll need:

Manila envelope
Large Top Loader or cardboard
Washi tape (or normal)
Clear sleeve
Multiple stamps

1. Write the recievers address on the envelope
2. Write your address on the top left corner
3. Put postcard inside the clear sleeve (you can use a ziplock and cut off the top)
4. Put postcard inside the large top loader or tape it onto the cardboard
5. You can write a message on a sticky note or paper for the receiver (ex. Please let me know when you get this + your @)
6. Put everything inside the manila envelope
7. Tape shut
8. Put 2 stamps on the top right corner

1-2 postcards = 2 stamps
3-5 postcards = 3 stamps
5+ = tracked mail

Stamp Prices: $1 for 1 $2 for 2 and so on (some ppl charge $1.50 for stamped mail, its up to you)

2. Follow the steps on the site (phone number + email isn't required)

3. Media mail is only for albums, sg, large items (it's only for media, so if it doesn't feel like a book or something the post office might open the package to check and they won't ship it)

** Don't ship pcs or small items with media mail

4. First class mail can be used for smaller items

What you'll need:

Bubble wrap
Packaging Tape
Poly Mailer or Bubble Mailer
Box (for large + many items)
Printer
Scale (you can buy these on amazon)

1. Create your shipping label
2. Wrap your item with bubble wrap
3. Put it in your mailer
4. Tape the label to the package
5. Keep the tracking number somewhere so you have it just in case the package gets lost or damaged

6. For posters you can use a poster tube and ship with first class mail

6. Put the stamp on the top right corner

1-3 pcs = 1 International stamps
4-6 pcs = 2 International Stamps
6+ pcs = Tracked Mail

Postcards

What you'll need:

Manila envelope
Large Top Loader or cardboard
Washi tape (or normal)
Clear sleeve
Multiple stamps (US or International)

1. Write the receivers address on the envelope (make sure to include the country)
2. Write your address on the top left corner
3. Wrap the postcard in the clear sleeve (you can use a ziplock)
4. Tape postcard onto the cardboard
5. You can write a message on a sticky note or on a piece of paper for the receiver (ex. Pls let me know when you get this + your @)
6. Tape envelope shut (you can use 2 layers of tape since its going overseas)
7. Put stamp on top right corner

1-3 postcards = 2 International stamps
4-6 postcards = 3 International stamps
6+ postcards = Tracked Mail

Stamp Prices: $2 for 1 stamp (international)

** First class mail International is what I use (there is a weight limit, anything over this limit you will use First Class Package International)

6. Keep the tracking number somewhere so you have it just in case the package gets lost or damaged

**Heavy items (over 1lb can get very expensive keep that in mind)
